Welcome to The Yoga of Food. I hope my website provides you with a source of information and inspiration. My passion is bringing together the wisdom of yoga with the art and science of psychotherapy. Yoga is about establishing harmonious relationship, first with our breath and our bodies, then with one another, and finally with our environment. The yoga of food means bringing ourselves back into intelligent relationship with how we nourish our bodies. It also points to our uniquely human ability to use the power of conscious intention to guide the small choices we make day to day as we form ourselves over time. New behaviors create new beliefs which allow for new conditions in our lives. Over time, self re-creation becomes transformation that extends from ourselves and outward to others.
